Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Marketing Officer for their client in UAE, Abu Dhabi which is one of the largest operators of hospitals, clinics and day surgery centers across UAE and the GCC.We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 20 to 22 years of healthcare marketing experience out of which he/she should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of marketing leadership experience within a large multispecialty hospital group in UAE. Candidates with similar experience within GCC would also be considered, however, candidates with UAE experience have an advantage.The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy - including: recruitment, team development and retention. Supervising the marketing and strategy team, and client account management within assigned hospital(s).Facilitates business growth - driving prospects, identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, and proposal preparation.Develop business development plans.Working closely with the assigned hospital(s) management and clinical team.Responsible for the oversight of the marketing and strategy team?s compliance.Salary : Aed 60K to 70K per month plus family benefits (salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate).
