Responsibilities:Create detailed 3D models and visualizations for construction projects.Develop conceptual and detailed design renderings based on project requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to refine designs.Ensure designs adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.Use design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.Prepare presentation materials and walkthroughs for client approval.Revise designs based on feedback and project changes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in 3D modeling and visualization.Proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).Strong creative and technical skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.Good communication and teamwork skills.
