Job Description

Kamco Invest - DIFC, a subsidiary of Kamco Invest an asset management firm headquartered in Kuwait and is one of the largest Asset Managers in the MENA region with around USD 16 billion in AUM - aims to broaden its footprint and enhance its service offerings in the UAE and international markets. We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Wealth Management Associate to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Private Placement: Capital raising and investment structuring, collaborating with clients, investors, and internal teams to facilitate private investment opportunities and manage the end-to-end process.
  • Market Analysis: Assist in conducting regular market scans aligned with our investment strategy to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Client Segmentation: Analyze developments within specific segments to better understand client needs and enhance our strategies, aiming to improve client relationships and customer experience.
  • Challenge Identification: Help pinpoint key segment challenges and areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions to drive positive change.
  • Performance Tracking: Support the creation of performance measures to monitor customer-centricity and ensure sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Marketing Support: Participate in marketing campaigns and product launches to promote our services effectively.
  • Advisory Services: Assist in delivering investment advisory services, supporting effective fund management and deal execution.
  • Opportunity Identification: Help identify investment and divestment opportunities, recommending balanced portfolio strategies for clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and periodic reports on portfolio trends and performance for management and clients.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any complaints and queries promptly and accurately.
  • Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of all relevant information on existing and potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a wealth management role
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
