Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UX Designer to join our team at Teraleads, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conducting user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
  • User Testing: Conducting usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user input.
  • Interaction Design: Designing intuitive and user-friendly interactions and interfaces.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Visual Design: Applying visual design principles to create aesthetically pleasing and cohesive designs.
  • Accessibility: Ensuring that designs are accessible to users with disabilities and comply with accessibility standards.
  • Iteration and Improvement: Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and data to improve the user experience over time.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in UX design.
  • Proficiency in HTML.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage project deliverables effectively.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project improvement.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
