Description:Urgent hiring Pastry chef in Sharjah Location :Sharjah Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary based on experience : AED2000.00 - AED4000 per monthWe are looking for a creative,and talented pastry Chef for our bakery &Cafe.At least 2 year of experience is required . Candidate should have great presentation skills.Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare and produce all pastry, desserts and sweet related dishes together with bakery items for the menu and ensuring items are of a consistently high standard.- Manage inventory.- Work proactively with the other kitchen team members to produce food with the desired quality.- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service.- Inspects pastry shop, baking equipment and workers for cleanliness.- To ensure all dishes are served at the correct portion , quality and temperature.- Take responsibility for the receipt and safe storage of food items, checking that goods are correct and of good quality and noting/resolving any discrepancies.- To provide support to other sections of the kitchen as and when required.- Do regular inspections and quality checks.- Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfill the needs of the business.
