2 positionsIDEAL CANDIDATEBasic Qualifications:College degree in theIT Field Technical skills & Tools:Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Good knowledge of User-Centered iterative design process.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices.Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus.Strong self-motivation.Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.Multitasking skills to work on multiple requirements at the same time.Excellent written and verbal communication.Effective presentation skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Soft Skills:Excellent communication skills;Ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload;Ability to work under pressure;Problem solving skills.An excellent command of the English languageJOB DESCRIPTIONStrong knowledge of UI design tools, but also capable of being tool agnostic;Good understanding of user interaction principles;Experience with with engaging users and stakeholders to understand the user needs;Experience with creating interactive prototypes as needed;Experience with presenting your work to the development team and stakeholders and work closely with them;Experience with designing for multiple platforms;Experience in working with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);Willingness to rapidly learn new design tools and design processes;Proactive and problem-solving attitude;Company Description: Urbio Technologies develops and operates its own hardware and software products, in addition to integrating other products and technologies.
