Pierre Frey is a French leading company, belonging to the Comit Colbert, specialised in luxury interior design products and accessories, manufacturing and editing fabrics, wall papers and wall coverings, carpets and rugs and furniture under several brands acquired over years : Pierre Frey; Fadini Borghi; Le Manach; Braqueni; Boussac. In the Middle East Area, Pierre Frey represents other brands in order to complement its offer : Jim Thomson fabrics from Thailand , Maya Romanoff wall coverings from the USA and Taillardat furniture from France. Reporting to the Middle East and Asia Pacific Director, the UAE Sales Managers mission is to - Maintain and develop the portfolio of clients and specifiers in order to developing the sales for Pierre Frey and the brands represented by Pierre Frey Dubai. The Sales shall be developed in both residential and contract/hospitality activities.- Achieve sales targets that are set annually with the Central Management team in Paris. - Provide regular feedback on the Pierre Frey products market match and market intelligence versus the competitors. - Monitor sales and provide regular commercial and financial reports to the Central Management.- Make proposals to the management team on sales and marketing strategies on the territory concerned.- Analyse sales data and market conditions in order to identify business development and growth opportunities.- Communicate with the international Pierre Frey Sales teams with regard to the international nature of projects.- Collaborate with the internal teams such as manufacturing, production, logistics, customer services and sales administration to respond to customer requests and needs.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresTalents and skills required : - Experience as a sales / business development representative of at least 4/5 years, ideally in the luxury goods or interior design sector.- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.- Interest in promoting craft products with high technical and creative added value- Ability to work autonomously while being an effective Pierre Frey Middle East team member.- Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.- Knowledge of CRM tool Sales force
