Job Description

SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTTrilingual FR-EN-AR(Dubai)Rodschinson is a global company specialized in Investment & Real Estate. Contributing to our 2024 roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of our business segments and related services.To support the development of our activities in Dubai, we are recruiting a Senior Executive Assistant with a marketing and finance background to assist the CEO in his daily tasks.We need an organized and professional Assistant to handle various tasks and all intern coordination of the company. The applicant should be already based in Dubai, fluent French, English and Arabic speaker, ready to start as soon as possible.Tasks

  • Market research
  • Detection of needs
  • Competition analysis
  • Preparation of a market offer
  • Proposal for a commercial action plan
  • Clients follow-up by phone and email
  • Search and targeting of prospects via internet and other databases
  • Updating the company website and social media accounts
  • Preparation of project contents and guidance notes
  • Administration, agenda management, correspondence, communication, presentations.
Your Profile
  • Masters degree or equivalent
  • Currently based in Dubai
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Dubai
  • 10 years experience in Finance and Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perfect fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH and ARABIC
  • Prior experience in Marketing or Finance
  • Full computer literacy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail
  • Strategic understanding of business processes to identify improvement processes.
