Position : TimekeeperRequirements:- Bachelors degree (Higher Education Qualification).- Minimum of 03 years in timekeeping or related administrative roles.- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.- Good communication and coordination skillsKey Responsibilities- Monitor and manage employee attendance, overtime, and related records using approved systems and procedures- Prepare and process employee administrative documents (Leave – Extension – Return – Work Permission – Absence – Transfer – Salary Certificate – Residence Renewal – Clearance, etc.) accurately and on time.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.- Update and track project manpower data in coordination with the Project Manager.- Coordinates employee relations activities.
