Job Description

Key One Realty Group is Urgently Looking for a Telesales representative.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Generate & qualify leads from cold calling.
  • Tele sales Experience with a minimum of 1 years experience.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Successful and target driven individuals to join our dedicated real estate team.
  • Experience in selling developer stocks preferred.
  • Proven track record highly desirable.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
  • With good communication skills & self-motivated.
  • Must be very well presentable as you will be required to be client facing at times.
  • Customer Service and Time Keeping skills at the highest level.
  • Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH and any other added foreign language will be a plus
  • Meet a daily target of making 200 calls per day.
  • Handle customer grievances in a professional way.
  • Follow up on potential customers to facilitate sales.
  • Understand client requirements in an effective way.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone system.
  • Create database & record all customer information.
  • Contact businesses or individuals.
  • Answering questions about products or the company.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
