We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.Record details of each interaction accurately in the CRM system.Follow up with clients as needed to close sales or gather information.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to answer client questions effectively.Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve outreach.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills.Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
