Look for opportunities to improve team collaboration.Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all the shooting equipment in the studio.
  • Managing shooting equipment inventory, research & purchases of new items when needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to production equipment, machinery, and systems.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of production processes.
  • Assist in addressing technical challenges related to product quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve issues impacting production quality.
  • Ensure that production systems and equipment comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support during emergency situations, such as equipment breakdowns or production interruptions.
  • Collaborate closely with production managers, engineers, and operators to understand and address technical challenges.
Requirements
  • Provide guidance and clear direction to team members.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations and implement rapid solutions to minimize the impact on production schedules.
