We are looking for qualified candidates who has very good experience in faade industries specially in folding door system and hardware mechanism as a Technical Product Support Specialist:Key Responsibilities:Providing clients/customers with technical support. Well versed in AutoCAD & 3D applications Ability to give a Training and Presentations to our client/customers Fabrication and Site InspectionsTest mock-ups supervision and guidanceTechnical support for the Sales DepartmentParticipating in new systems development if required. Prepare Cutting List Orders, Materials take-off.Prepare drawings, samples and Material Submittals with support from customer services & store. Attending meetings, discussing technical details and designs with the customersRequirements:Qualifications:Bachelors degree/diploma in engineering or other science Technology/degree.Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in faade industries environment in terms of Aluminum System Skills: Exceptional English-speaking skills required (Written and Verbal) Strong trouble shooting abilities (knowledge of Aluminium drawings and experienced in AutoCAD & 3D application) Attentive listening skills Resolving conflict skills Strong knowledge of the product and service. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to develop and sustain good working relationships and network.
