Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & Tasks

  • System Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and tailor the Aconex system and/or any Construction and engineering software to their needs. Guide clients through the implementation process, including data migration, system setup, and user training.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients experiencing issues or challenges with the Aconex platform and/or any Construction and engineering software. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to system functionality, integration, and performance.
  • System Configuration: Customize and configure the Aconex system and/or any Construction and engineering software based on clients project specifications. Ensure the system aligns with best practices and industry standards to optimize efficiency and user experience.
  • Integration and Data Management: Assist clients in integrating Aconex and/or any Construction and engineering software with their existing IT infrastructure and other project management tools. Manage data flow and ensure data integrity throughout the integration process.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and project teams to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Aconex and/or similar platform. Provide comprehensive training materials and documentation to support user adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates related to the Aconex and/or similar platform. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend best practices to clients.
  • Project Consulting: Offer professional advice and recommendations to clients on how to leverage the Aconex system and/or any Construction and engineering software effectively to streamline project workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong working relationships with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate productive discussions.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with the Aconex system and/or Any Construction and engineering software, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of project management and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with construction and engineering industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
