Job Description

Reports to Senior Manager Talent Management Job Summary:Dynamic and versatile Talent Management Specialist to join the Human Resources Talent Management team. In this role, the candidate is required to balance responsibilities across Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Training Administration, Engagement Events Organization, and Internal Communications. The individual needs to be proactive with exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Learning & Development:

  • Maintain and manage the employee training calendar and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning sessions.
Succession Planning:
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance and roll out of succession planning and talent review modules through HCM systems for key roles within the organization.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent pipeline of future leaders.
  • Conduct and administer assessments and development centers
  • Collaborate with management to align succession planning with organizational goals.
Training Administration (LMS Administration):
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training.
  • Update and maintain training records and materials in the LMS.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on the use of the LMS.
Engagement Events Organization:
  • Support Senior manager talent Management in annual engagement survey and follow-up actions.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events that foster a positive work environment and enhance company culture.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and communication.
  • Collect feedback to continually improve the quality and impact of events.
Internal Communications:
  • Develop and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, new program launches and updates.
  • Ensure consistent and effective messaging that aligns with company values and goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and disseminate relevant information.
  • Support Corporate Communications with managing the intranet page.
Liaising with Area HR for Training-Related Issues:
  • Act as the point of contact between the Regional HR team and Area HR representatives for training-related matters.
  • Address and resolve training issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in training initiatives across all areas.
Mailer & Poster Design:
  • Design and create engaging mailers and posters for internal training and engagement events.
  • Ensure all materials are visually appealing and aligned with the companys branding guidelines.
  • Use design software to produce high-quality digital and print materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Creative design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
