Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.•Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.•Source candidates through various channels (job portals, , recruitment agencies, defense networks, and internal referrals).•Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, security clearance, and cultural fit criteria.•Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks in line with defense sector regulations.•Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill defense roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, logistics, and operations)..•Manage recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor hiring performance.Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.•Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in the defense, aerospace, or military manufacturing sector.•Proven experience in technical recruiting (Engineering).•Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
