Job PurposeThe Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) is responsible for conducting ground school lectures and providing technical assistance to Flight Crew during Aircraft Transition and Aircraft Recurrent Technical training courses. In addition, the SFI will be required to conduct simulator training for transition, conversion and/or jet orientation and Multi-Crew Coordination (MCC) training.Job Outline:- Conduct ground-school training classes on the Cirrus SR22 and Phenom EV500.- Conduct Simulator Transition Training, Conversion Training, Jet Orientation Course and MCC.- Conduct other training where required such as Cadet, Flight Crew Technical Instructors (FCTIs) and Synthetic Flight Instructors (SFIs).- Complete accurate detailed reports and assessments of Cadets under instruction, recommending remedial and/or additional training for students not progressing to the required standard.- Provide technical support and advice on course material and training enhancements to ensure documentation remains GCAA regulatory compliant.Qualifications & ExperienceFlight Operations.Other : 5+ Years12 Years schooling or equivalentKnowledge/skills:- Hold or have held a professional Pilots license issued by the GCAA, ICAO or professional license acceptable to the GCAA.- Previous instructional experience as a Flight Crew Technical Instructor or Synthetic Flight Instructor or Flight Instructor.- Have at least 1500 hours flying experience as a Pilot on a Multi-Pilot Aircraft.- Have previously conducted Flight Crew Training.Salary & BenefitsJoin us and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary.
