Upstream are partnering with a multinational business that is heavily focused on the Energy Transition across its portfolio of projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis in Dubai.Role brief:Main purpose of the job is to assist Supply Chain Management Team Lead in Development of new Integrated Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects and Management, Improvement, Enhancement in existing Supply Chain Management service in the Middle East region.Main responsibilities:Business and process analysis of ongoing projectsSupport in performing feasibility evaluations of projects covering energy transition type projects and conventional business.Regional inventory monitoring, analysis and reporting.Team member of project implementation team in the middle east regionBusiness analysis and process mappingPerform commercial and financial analysis of project viabilitySupport in preparing cost models for new projectsSupport on operations of the existing projects.Assist in preparing projects budget, business plan and daily monitoring co-operating with the Planning team and SCM operating companyAssist in preparing Risk Management application,Assist in process design and automationExperience / Qualifications:Degree qualified (ideally in Supply Chain or Logistics).Experience in Oil & Gas / Energy transition projects is essential.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is essential.Experience in implementing new projects is essential.Knowledge of MS 365 applications, MS Projects and BI tools like Power BI & IBM Cognos is preferred.Experience in Middle East import/export is essential.Experience with Process Mapping, Flow Diagrams & Cost modelling is essential.Please note that our client is looking for someone with a maximum of 6 - 7 years experience as this is not a senior role.
