Location – West Bay, DohaSeeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support our Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and working knowledge of SAP(optional). Proficiency in MS Office is required.Key Responsibilities:– Provide administrative and clerical support to the procurement team.– Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.– Maintain accurate records and filing systems for procurement activities.– Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.– Support in data entry, report generation, and documentation using SAP and MS Office tools.– Assist in inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation tasks.– Perform other related duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.Requirements:• Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.• Experience: Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or accounting roles is preferred.Technical Skills:• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Other Requirements:• Female candidates only.• Preferred nationalities: Sri Lankan, Filipino, Indian.
