ResponsibilitiesPerform site inspections for structural and civil works in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent, quality requirements, and safety regulations.Review and report on contractors’ work, highlighting any non-conformances or deviations.Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues on site.Ensure that all inspections, test results, and site observations are properly documented.Provide daily/regular site reports and progress updates to the project management team.Assist in verifying quantities and quality of completed works for certification and approvals.Support in ensuring that hospitality project standards and client expectations are met throughout the construction phase.RequirementsMinimum 10+ years of experience as a Structural/Civil Inspector.Mandatory: Prior consultant site supervision experience specifically in hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, mixed-use hospitality developments, etc.).Must be currently residing in the UAE.Strong knowledge of structural and civil construction practices, building codes, and standards.Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality and compliance issues on site.Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.BenefitsOpportunity to work on a landmark hospitality project in Dubai.Professional and collaborative work environment.Competitive and market-aligned compensation (details to be discussed during interview).
