Job Description

  • Maintain the best standards of Customer Services
  • Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.
  • Process customer transactions at the cash register
  • Manpower Management & Outlet Administration
  • Implementing measures to avoid stock damage and wastage.
  • Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
  • Addressing customers requests, comments, and complaints.
  • Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions and generate regular reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials and products are stored in compliance with quality standards.
  • Security: Implement security measures to protect the inventory from theft, damage, or tampering
