Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter DubaiTHE MISSIONAre you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our staff As a Staff Housing Attendant, you will be essential in managing our accommodation facilities and supporting our team with dedication and efficiency. Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It

  • Execute carpentry and related work to the highest professional standards throughout the entire complex, ensuring everything is in top condition .
  • Administer the Accommodation Office, handling all administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly .
  • Oversee the daily cleaning of public areas and address any housing issues, inquiries, or complaints with contractors and suppliers .
  • Follow up on housing maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective resolutions .
  • Attend the regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations .
  • Escort employees to and from the airport as needed and provide a comprehensive orientation on accommodation rules and policies .
  • Manage stock and order supplies to maintain all necessary items .
  • Plan and coordinate accommodation assignments based on nationality, gender, position, and arrival date, ensuring fair allocation .
  • Maintain a safe environment, address any policy or legal violations, and provide feedback to the People & Culture Manager .
