Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Waiter/Waitress at The Lab Holding located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sr. Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth food service experience. The role also involves effective communication with customers.Qualifications

  • Implement Meet & Greet practice at all times.
  • Undertake to deal with any guests complaint in a professional, helpful and friendly manner at all times and immediately advise Restaurant.
  • Initiate and train staff on up-selling of F&B items.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
  • Monitor production and wastage, providing accurate reports and recommended controls.
  • Take a proactive role in encouraging teamwork, cooperation, harmony, productivity and a positive attitude within the working environment.
  • Maximize revenues by upselling.
