You will collaborate with key retail leaders to create and implement strategic product plans for the Emerging Countries business. You will be responsible for automating and streamlining processes wherever possible, utilizing technology and data-driven decision-making to minimize manual activities and reduce errors. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and remove supply chain inefficiencies. You will collaborate with Business Engineers to develop metrics and reporting tools for evaluating progress and performance. You will contribute to S&OP planning by giving insights and recommendations based on data analysis and forecasting models. You will use inventory optimization techniques to optimize inventory levels across multiple products and locations, guaranteeing appropriate supply without overstocking or understocking risk.This is a highly visible and critical position within Amazon that will oversee and own the business success of the Emerging Countries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Emerging Countries and a proven track record of success in developing and launching new products. They will also have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence and motivate team members.This role is based in LuxembourgKey job responsibilities- Build product roadmap(s) to manage inventory at scale for Emerging Countries- Partner with retail/business teams across EMEA region to ensure adoption of our products and measure the effectiveness of our systems- Create and analyze performance metrics to inform decision making and new feature additionsFoster strong relationships with cross-functional peers, creating a collaborative culture We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Dubai, AREBASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of team management experience- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelors degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change- Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals
