Job Description

Job Purpose The key role of the job holder is to perform Bancassurance operations for all segments of the bank. Verify daily processing of client requests and ensures these are in line with Group policies and procedures. The role holder is required to resolve routine problems related to regular transactions / tasks and interface with internal and external parties for this purpose. Provide technical supervision and guidance to others within the section to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Main Tasks Enhance Efficiencies in executing Bancassurance processing for Wealth Management Clients in a timely and accurate manner. Review Bancassurance documents submitted by the different segments, ensuring these adhere to the internal guidelines. Forward the applications to Third party Providers such as Metlife, Salama, Oman, Aman, Zurich & LIC within the agreed TAT. Follow-ups with Service providers on status of deals and any policy maintenance related issues. Process applications on the system, debit and set up standing instruction to transfer funds to the SP. Update MIS daily of applications received and processed. General daily administrative work such as filing, staff record keeping, stationery, etc. Monthly Reconciliation of commissions earned against applications received and booking the commissions in the respective P&L accounts. Understand the segment needs and provide efficient and accurate solutions for processing the applications and other related queries. Provide a high quality customer service and ensure customer complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively. Review CRM for customer complaints and assist in resolving the same. Interact with Service Providers for timely execution of applications and maintenances. Collaborate with Business in understanding their requirements and delivering Operational support to enable product rollouts. Give ideas and get involved in process improvements Work with the Product Team & Compliance to enhance controls and risk mitigation within WM Processes. Monthly reporting of incentive file to Finance Income accrual report Weekly MIS for BusinessDescription Of Knowledge / Skill Etc. Graduation in any discipline At least 5 years banking experience in a Customer Service/Operations role, preferably within Bancassurance Operations Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point. Good administration and organizational skills. Knowledge of basic banking Diligent follow-ups and relationship building with Service providers Team Work Self-Initiated
