Job Description

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will play a critical role in enhancing patients physical appearance and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals. Your expertise in performing various cosmetic and reconstructive procedures will contribute to transforming lives and boosting confidence.In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning and performing surgeries, providing non-surgical treatments, and delivering comprehensive post-operative care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and provide outstanding care.If you are a dedicated and compassionate Plastic Surgeon with a passion for enhancing beauty and delivering exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients aesthetic goals and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Perform a range of cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation, facelifts, liposuction, and rhinoplasty
  • Perform reconstructive surgeries to correct congenital defects, trauma, or medical conditions
  • Provide non-surgical treatments, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and chemical peels
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and post-operative care instructions
  • Monitor patients progress and address any post-operative complications
  • Educate patients on the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of procedures
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in plastic surgery
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Plastic Surgeon
  • Specialization in Plastic Surgery
  • Proven experience in performing a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
  • Familiarity with the latest surgical techniques and advancements in plastic surgery
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Commitment to patient safety and delivering high-quality care
  • Continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
BenefitsWorking Time is Full Time.Salary is AED 25K TO AED 90K (GP, Specialist, Consultant).Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
