Job Description

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team. As a Plastic Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patients physical appearance and improving their self-confidence. Your expertise in performing various cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries will contribute to transforming lives.In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, performing surgeries, providing non-surgical cosmetic treatments, and providing post-operative care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.If you are a Plastic Surgeon with a passion for providing excellent patient care and helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients conditions and discuss their aesthetic goals and desired outcomes
  • Perform various cosmetic surgeries, including breast augmentation, facelifts, liposuction, and rhinoplasty
  • Perform reconstructive surgeries for patients with congenital defects, trauma, or medical conditions
  • Offer non-surgical cosmetic treatments, such as Botox and dermal fillers
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage symptoms and promote healing
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
  • Educate patients about the risks and benefits of surgeries and treatments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
  • Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of plastic surgery
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care
Requirements
  • Medical degree
  • Specialisation Plastic Surgery
  • Specialization or fellowship training in Plastic Surgery
  • Proven experience in performing various plastic surgeries
  • Sound knowledge of plastic surgery techniques, procedures, and medical equipment
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care
  • Continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
BenefitsWorking Time is Full Time.Salary is AED 25K TO AED 90K (GP, Specialist, Consultant).Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
