Job Description

SearchPlus HR, a reputable HR consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Consultant in Family Medicine to join our team. As a Specialist Consultant in Family Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and specialized healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages.In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions commonly encountered in family medicine. You will also provide preventive care, health education, and personalized treatment plans. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be essential in delivering integrated and patient-centered care.Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in individuals and families
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations
  • Provide preventive care, health education, and promote healthy lifestyles
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in family medicine
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Consultant in Family Medicine
  • Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
