Job Description

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Cardiac Surgeon. As a Specialist Cardiac Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing advanced cardiac surgical procedures and providing comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular diseases.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating patients medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic test results to determine the need for cardiac surgery
  • Developing personalized treatment plans based on patients specific conditions and needs
  • Performing cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair or replacement, and heart transplantation
  • Utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies to optimize surgical outcomes
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Providing pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, monitoring their recovery progress and managing any complications that may arise
  • Participating in research and academic activities to advance the field of cardiac surgery
  • Continuously updating knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and professional development
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Cardiac Surgeon
  • Completion of residency and fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Proven experience in performing a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures
  • Expertise in diagnosing and treating various cardiovascular diseases and conditions
  • Strong surgical skills and dexterity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Continuous commitment to learning and professional development
BenefitsBenefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
