Hilti is where your best belongs.What does the role involveIn this role, as the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for raising awareness about Hilti, its culture, products, and services by creating compelling and attractive content and campaigns that will aid the brand and regions goals and objectives. Our goal is to spread awareness and build an inclusive and diverse online community through relevant content that includes demos, tips and other topics that resonate with our target market. A Hilti Social Media Specialist will be getting exposure in all areas of social media - including but not limited to branding, creative strategy, content creation , scheduling posts , passing on leads, onboarding and supporting local partner social media community specialists. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with Brand, Legal, and Regulatory guidelines through Hiltis approval process and ensuring that our social media channels maintain high quality and engaging content. This is an operational role, and a lot of time will be spent in the social media management platform: creating, scheduling, listening, and in some cases engaging across many social media pages, this is a regional role covering many markets. You will be reporting and working with the Hilti Digital Marketing team and participating in brainstorming sessions and team meetings. In addition, you will be required to benchmark the performance and, based on specific KPIs, analyze the impact of our campaigns and strategies on our social media channels. Finally, in this role you will be required to assess the competitive landscape by examining the strategies and content of key competitors, identifying market trends on the app and best practices to follow.What do we offerEach new employee takes part in our Welcome to Hilti Training to experience our corporate culture as part of the onboarding period.What you need is: This will be a full-time job where you will gain experience working with multiple senior stakeholders across multiple regions and across a variety of disciplines in a large multi- national company.   • A UAE Nationalwith Family book.
  • A University Graduate with a degree in any of the following disciplines: marketing, journalism, digital marketing, social media.
  • Familiar and up-to date on Social Media Marketing Trends.
  • Currently based in Dubai
  • Proficient in English and Arabic - verbal and written French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
