We are seeking a proactive Social Media Account Manager to own client relationships and drive effective social strategies across platforms. You’ll be responsible for running client accounts end-to-end — from planning campaigns and overseeing content to reporting results and coordinating with creative teams. If you enjoy translating business goals into measurable social activity and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.What you’ll do:• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and day-to-day communications.• Create and execute tailored social media strategies that align with client objectives.• Lead content planning and production workflows, overseeing approvals and timelines.• Manage community interactions to ensure timely, brand-aligned responses.• Monitor campaign performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and present insights to clients.• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.• Keep abreast of social trends, platform updates, and new tools to propose fresh ideas.What we’re looking for:• 2–4 years of solid experience in social media account management or client servicing.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident presenting to clients.• Deep familiarity with social platforms, scheduling/analytics tools, and best practices.• Comfort with data-driven decision making — able to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.• Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.• A creative, solutions-focused attitude and a knack for proactive problem solving.• Portfolio of past campaigns or examples of work is desirable.
