Site Engineer Solar (Onsite) - XAD Technologies, DubaiPosition: Site EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAECompany: XAD TechnologiesEmployment Type: Full-Time, OnsiteRole Overview:XAD Technologies is seeking a diligent and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
  • Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor deployment.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, addressing any engineering-related queries.
  • Resource Management: Manage site resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
