Job Description

As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and staff are motivated and well-managed. Success in this position looks like a smoothly run store with high sales, satisfied customers, and a cohesive, high-performing team.   • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  1. Marketing and Promotions:
