Job Description

Handle Spare Parts & Service Operation process on DSM. Creates WO, delivery notes, technicians time accounting, invoicing & follow up on payments if any.Work on CRM( Salesforce), follow up until completion with Service Operation & customers.Follow up & completion of time bound task & report to Service Administrator.Apply Gate passes for Site access.Managing Tools InventoryLease Fleet management ? Contracts, PO and InvoicesInvoices for Commissioning & Internal Service jobs.Experience & Knowledge:Knowledge of Service Business ? Similar industryShould have financial understanding (Cost & Revenue & Profit) & understand Customer Satisfaction.Prefer to have experience in SAPExperience on sales force will be added advantage.Education:Commerce GraduateSkills:Well versed with computer & usage of excel, words and power pointsAble to generate qualitative report towards customer and managementCustomer Handling, Verbal & written communication skills are mandatoryMulti-taskingYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
