Job Description

Job PurposeThe job exists to execute aircraft, engine and asset airworthiness data and documentation recording and reporting, to comply with legally contracted leasing organisation, airworthiness regulations and Technical Records policy and standards.Job Outline:Update the engineering computer systems with performed technical maintenance information related to component asset operational, defect and airworthiness actions in order to ensure compliance for continued airworthiness management and timely availability of up to date information regarding component asset removal/installation history, defect failure recording and mandatory airworthiness maintenance recording foreffective controls by the concerned engineering sections.Carry out remedial action with regards to discrepancy recording by internal and external engineering personnel to ensure maintenance information used by maintenance is accurate.Process internal and external maintenance physical and digitally provided records within departmental KPI / SLA standards to ensure contents are complete, accurate and recorded relating to compliance with regulatory / contractual requirements with zero discrepancies.Carry out data and documentation processing for both new delivery and aircraft phase out aircraft, engine, APU and asset to ensure delivery and historic maintenance transaction are performed to necessary regulatory continued airworthiness compliance and lessor / owner delivery contractual standards.Perform review and update of digitally scanned / uploaded maintenance records immediately on receipt from maintenance organisations to ensure completeness, accuracy and indexing for retrieval by internal and external organisations.Assist in developing, improving and implementing processes to continually optimize and reduce cost overheads through implementation of new technology and procedures to best lever maximum efficiencies whilst providing detailed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and implement continuous improvements ensure effective of LEAN procedures.Assist in developing systems, processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data recording and reporting to internal and external customers with zero discrepancies.Qualifications & ExperienceEngineering. Technical Record / Library :- Experience in Engineering, Technical Record/Library Knowledge/skills: - Experience in Aviation records or related technical administration role is preferred and in the use of Digital Recording / Archiving Systems would be an advantage.- Intermediate to advanced level in Computer Applications (e.g. MS Office). - Ideally, have a working knowledge of Airline/MRO M&E data management & digital documentations systems.Salary & BenefitsJoin us in Dubai and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotels stays around the world.
