Its the ultimate Address.ABOUT THE FUNCTIONTo manage and coordinate the strategic and operational objectives for both Address Downtown and Downtown (owned) hotels, ensuring they are achieved and / or surpassed within the agreed timescales, whilst also ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of day-to-day operations within each hotel, including monitoring of brand standards, overall guest experience and all policies and procedures.The role holder will be responsible for the commercial success of the businesses, supporting and challenging the cluster revenue and sales teams to reach room targets, to drive the food and beverage and SPA financial success and productivity, manage leasings and ROI revenues as well as working with the marketing function to ensure successful and positive marketing campaigns and PR for each of the hotels.To manage the leaders and team members who work across the multiple IBUs as well as the Hotel and Residence Managers within the area structure to establish effective business strategies, roll out brand related projects, review operational efficiencies, continually review structures against the changing business levels ensuring maximum productivity as well as providing consistency across the properties.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 15 years of hospitality operations experience in similar or managerial roles
• Strong comprehension of hospitality and accounting systems.
• Advanced knowledge in finance and cost control, to ensure protection of business asset.
• Minimum qualification required is a bachelors degree preferably in hotel management
