SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (BUILDINGS: RESIDENTIAL HIGH-RISE) - DUBAIINTRODUCTION:UN!Que Project Solutions (UN!Q), a 10-year-old business with circa 100+ staff across the UAE, KSA and India, is looking to strengthen its existing Project Management team within the UAE, with an exciting opportunity for a professionally qualified (MRICS/PMP/PMI) and talented professional able to deliver a new residential high-rise development for one of our valued partners.Reporting to the Associate Director - Project Management the selected candidate will be expected to deliver best-in-class service solutions to our partner on this high-end residential development, where the chosen candidate is expected to deliver best-in-class service solutions through the complete consultant procurement, design, contractor procurement, construction and commissioning/handover.Whereby, the chosen candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing delivery solutions, to ensure the development outcome meets the determined criteria, of time cost and quality parameters agreed upon at the outset. They will also effectively monitor, manage and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, partners, or project delivery team members to ensure a fully coordinated, proactive and added-value delivery model is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.While these opportunities are open to all degree-qualified candidates in the UAE, this would ideally suit candidates from the UK and Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand looking for an opportunity to gain Middle East exposure. However, preferring to work for a smaller more personable business and team that will afford you the opportunity for career growth with full management support and guidance.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives in line with time, cost and quality drivers
• Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Review drawings for completeness and capture of intent
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress and ensure continuous engagement and communication until satisfactory project completion
• Manage contracts with suppliers and determine best value solutions
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution inline with local authority requirements
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with agreed programme
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage risk register and mitigate potential events
• Chair progress meetings and ensure reports are true and accurate refection of project status

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management or a related field
• 7-12 years of proven Project Management and related experience for Tier 1 PMC Consultants in the UK and Ireland, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong (Note: those candidates with a Design Consultants and/or Contractor background shall not be considered)
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with Project Management software tools (Power Bi, Primavera), Project Execution Plans, methodologies, and best industry practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle of cradle to grave
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
