Job Title: Project Manager SAP ERP - RETAIL / FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREDCompany Overview: Our client a leading retail organization in the UAE, are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP ERP Implementation Project Manager to join their organisation.Position Overview: As the SAP ERP Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of SAP ERP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive the implementation of SAP ERP solutions that enhance business processes and overall efficiency.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to ensure successful SAP ERP implementation aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors involved in the SAP ERP implementation process.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance and direction to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with SAP ERP implementation projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project continuity and success.
Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and functionality of the SAP ERP system.
  • Implement best practices for testing methodologies and post-implementation support.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, configurations, and change orders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on SAP ERP implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems and associated modules.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
