Job Description

Job PurposeJob Outline:The Senior Manager Recruitment Executive Search will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier senior executive talent (Senior Executive VP+). This role will establish and maintain talent insights, develop a Preferred Supplier List (PSL), and ensure a robust talent pipeline that aligns with the Emirates Groups manpower demands. The manager will play a critical role in supporting the Groups strategic objectives by ensuring the acquisition of high-calibre talent essential for driving business success.In this role, you will:

  • Design and execute a strategic recruitment plan to attract, engage, and hire senior executive talent, ensuring alignment with the Emirates Groups long-term business goals.
  • Develop and manage a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of executive search firms and agencies to ensure access to a diverse pool of top-tier candidates. Build strong relationships with PSL partners to enhance collaboration and optimize talent acquisition processes.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of talent insights for senior executive positions. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for senior executive roles to meet current and future manpower demands. Utilise innovative sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract high-calibre candidates, leveraging cutting-edge technology, social media, and professional networks to reach a diverse and talented pool of potential hires. Continuously explore and adopt new sourcing strategies to stay ahead in a competitive talent market, ensuring the organization attracts the best talent to drive its success.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and talent availability. Implement talent mapping and succession planning initiatives to ensure readiness for key leadership positions. Along with HRBP and Learning & Development, identify and assess high-potential employees, and establish a robust talent pipeline.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to understand talent needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment and talent acquisition. Consistently gather feedback to identify and implement improvements, enhancing the overall candidate experience and reinforcing the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing the recruitment process end-to-end, including proactive sourcing, efficient application management, thorough interview coordination, clear and timely communication, constructive feedback, and smooth onboarding. Maintain high standards of professionalism and responsiveness at every stage, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Lead a team of HR Professionals, create a feedback culture and ensure all performance reviews are conducted in a timely manner in order to motivate, develop and performance manage team members.
Qualifications & ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
  • A completed Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in executive recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a focus on senior executive roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies and managing executive search processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret talent insights and market trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, talent acquisition best practices and the recruitment landscape.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry or a large multinational corporate environment is advantageous.
