We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting IT professionals across various domains such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure. The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and source, screen and select top talent to fill open positions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to develop staffing plans and recruitment strategiesIdentify and source top IT talent using various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referralsReview resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviewsDevelop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pipelineManage the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and closingEnsure compliance with all hiring policies and proceduresProvide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and candidate pipelineParticipate in the development and implementation of employer branding and marketing initiativesAttend job fairs and industry events to build relationships with potential candidates and promote the companyQualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of sourcing and selecting top IT talentStrong understanding of IT domains such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologiesKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
