As a Senior Graphic Designer , you will have excellent creative skills and think like a visual artist , interpreting team and Clients needs to deliver effective design solutions , with high visual impact , across a range of print and multimedia materials. You will help orchestrate people driven outcomes that integrate a range of disciplines with the latest technology to create value for our clients. This person will plan, conceptualize, and design compelling and impactful graphics while collaborating with the Urbanism + Planning team.Responsibilities:

• Provide professional graphic design support across the team
• Work as part of an integrated team of designers
• Participate in the full lifecycle of projects, from design brief to production
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Think strategically to ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity
• Establish, organise and maintain graphic/document templates and resource libraries
• Brief and liaise with printers
• Assist with creative preparation of bid/tender submissions

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior graphics capacity
• Excited to help change the course of communities, cities, and nations through design, planning, and infrastructure
• Exposure to Architecture, Urban Design or digital software skills a plus
• Must be experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to power-use and create templates, and automation, and drive innovation especially in InDesign
• Experience in preparing proposals, talk decks, signage & diagrams
• Strong listening and communication skills with people from different disciplines
