Job Description

  • Effective contribution to the preparation of research and studies on regional and international organizations and bodies specialized in the areas of innovative endowment and endowment.
  • Participate in the preparation of studies on the most prominent developmental needs that can be met by endowments or donations
  • Coordinating conferences, workshops and forums to transfer knowledge, which aim to develop the innovative endowment
  • Review applications for granting the Dubai endowment sign.
  • Review requests for procedures and granting the Dubai endowment sign to entities and individuals in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
  • Review requests to renew the Dubai trademark for entities and individuals based on the results of the evaluation.
  • Communicating and coordinating with the entities that obtained the Dubai Endowment Sign to support endowment initiatives and projects in the Foundation.
  • Reviewing the promotional and marketing activities plan for the center and the endowment initiatives and projects in the foundation.
  • Reviewing the promotional and marketing plans and activities of the endowment initiatives and projects in the Foundation with the entities that have obtained the Dubai Endowment Sign, in coordination with the concerned organizational units.
  • Preparing periodic reports on all the work and activities of the department.
  • Adhere to the information security system, policies, processes, and programs, and report any security breaches or suspicious incidents to the line manager.
  • Performing any other tasks related to the work of the office or as directed.
