Our portfolio includes some of the most prestigious malls and mixed-use developments in the region.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director to lead a vibrant Mall project in Dubai. This role is crucial for overseeing the development, execution, and management of large-scale mall projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, particularly in retail and commercial spaces, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

• Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution of mall development projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to align mall projects with the companys long-term goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for mall development and expansion in the region.

2. Project Management:

• Oversee all phases of mall development projects, from initial concept and design to construction and final handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

3. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient allocation of resources.
• Work with the finance team to secure funding and manage cash flow for ongoing projects.
• Analyze financial reports and make informed decisions to optimize project profitability.

4. Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing project management team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and other team members.
• Ensure continuous professional development of the team through training and performance evaluations.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.

6. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.

7. Innovation and Sustainability:

• Champion the integration of sustainable practices in all mall projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmentally friendly design.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Built Environment, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Must be between 40 - 50 years of age.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on retail and mall projects.
• Project Management PMP Qualification
• Extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Compensation:Competitive salary and benefits package circa 80,000AED, commensurate with experience.
