A total package of 20,000 AED and potential earnings reaching up to 50,000 AED per monthMetasphere Technologies, the company behind alist.ae and creators.ae, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Development Representative / Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Offering a starting salary of 12,000 AED basic, plus a minimum of 8,000 AED commission. This role is designed for a professional with a minimum of 5 years in sales and business development, and a proven sales track record of closing large revenue deals is a must.As our Senior Business Development Representative / Senior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales objectives and achieving targets.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.Who You Are:- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tech industry.- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.- Proficient in relevant sales software and tools.- A team player who can also drive initiatives independently.- Preferred background in Sales and Marketing, and SaaS.Must be able to sell independently with minimal support, should have a hunter mindset.
