Job Description

Manage EGA?s Portfolio Capital Master Data, developing efficient and effective data management framework and system to ensure accurate and transparent representation of EGA?s Capital Portfolio status and enable fact-based decision making.Take ownership of the accuracy of the data and develop effective data management and data governance systemsThis role requires regular and frequent interaction with peers and Senior Management to influence efficient stewardship of capital within EGA.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and maintain EGA Capital Portfolio master database.Ensure data integrity and accuracy for monthly presentations to senior and executive-level stakeholders.Coordinate with various business units, including GAC, to update, compile and integrate data, while validating integrity and accuracy of the data.Analyse data and trends to prepare monthly reports and dashboards.Carry out regular alignment meetings with Finance and Project Controls team to ensure consistent representation of the Capital data.Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsMonitor and report on Area?s Capex related KPI.Develop Area Portfolio Representative skills via one-on-one coaching.Develop and maintain portfolio management documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelinesReview and improve existing processes, procedures, and frameworks related to data management and governance of data.Manage the CMOS (SAP PPM) interface and resolve any issues related to usage of the software.Plan and manage modifications and enhancements to CMOS as required from time to time.Provide training usage of CMOS to various stakeholder and regularly monitor effective usage to optimize licensing costs.Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to portfolio managementDevelop strong lines of communication with relevant stakeholders.AUTHORITY/ DECISION MAKING:Responsible for developing and maintaining effective data management and data governance systems.Ability to review and improve existing processes, procedures, and frameworks.Responsibility to make decisions related to the SAP PPM system and its implementationQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution / university.International accreditation as PMP, PfMP, P3M3 or CFP is preferred.Minimum Experience:5 years? experience in Portfolio Management, Financial Reporting, Project Controls or similar role.Sound knowledge of various parts of smelter and/or refinery operations is preferred.Skills:Effective communication and interpersonal skillsPossess a strong business perspective.Strong planning, organization and analytical skillsExperience in Data Management and Data GovernanceExcellent knowledge of SAP IM (Investment Management) and PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) modules.Proficient in use of Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in Coaching othersYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
