Secretary - Front DeskJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Warmly greet at front desk and assist clients & external stakeholders upon arrival.•Manage the calendars of the CEO and Managing Director, including scheduling meetings and appointments.•Coordinate follow-up calls and correspondence with clients to ensure excellent customer service.•Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.•Assist in coordinating events, conferences, and other corporate functions.•Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.•Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team.•Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.•Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.Requirements:•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.•High school diploma or equivalent required.•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
