Secretary / Executive AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage and maintain daily schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements to ensure smooth time management.•Coordinate travel itineraries, hotel reservations, and logistical arrangements for business trips.•Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.•Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and welcome visitors with professionalism.•Maintain filing systems and safeguard confidential records and documents.•Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.•Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient information flow.•Support routine office operations and contribute to the seamless running of day-to-day activities.•Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a closely related discipline.•3–5 years’ experience in secretarial, executive assistant, or office administration roles.•Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern office tools.•Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.•Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.•Highly organized, system-oriented, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
