Job Description

Job Title: SAP FICO ConsultantResponsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Implementation: Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules, including gathering business requirements, configuring the system, conducting testing, and providing post-implementation support.
2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing finance and accounting processes and collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement optimized SAP FICO solutions that align with industry best practices.
3. Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
4. Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., Sales and Distribution, Materials Management) and third-party applications.
5. Data Migration: Collaborate with data migration teams to ensure accurate and successful data migration from legacy systems to SAP FICO.
6. Training and Support: Provide end-user training on SAP FICO functionalities and support users in day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
7. Documentation: Prepare detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation related to SAP FICO implementation and support.
8. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of SAP FICO solutions.
9. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and functionalities in a timely manner.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments and proactively suggest enhancements to optimize finance and accounting processes.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant SAP FICO certifications are a plus.
2. Experience: Previous experience as an SAP FICO consultant, preferably with multiple full-cycle implementations. Experience in the integration of SAP FICO with other modules is desirable.
3. SAP Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization, as well as knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules. Familiarity with new SAP technologies and best practices in FICO is a strong advantage.
4. Finance and Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex business requirements and challenges.
6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders at various levels.
7. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, adhere to project timelines, and work effectively under pressure.
8. Team Player: A collaborative attitude, able to work as part of a team and independently when required.
9. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.
