Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations specialist. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process by working closely with the sales team and account managers.As a Sales Operations specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the onboarding of merchants
  • Supporting the sales team in their day-to-day activities
  • Assisting account managers in their efforts to increase revenue
  • Managing data and generating reports to track sales progress
  • Work closely with compliance team on merchant onboarding and data updates
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing various tasks and projects
What is required to excel at this job is the following :
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is a must, Hubspot is a plus
  • Experience working closely with a sales team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
