Job Description

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should be coming from a Tier 1 real estate company. No Developer companies.
  • Experience in the real estate industry for at least 5 years is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge in off-plan and work experience in a brokerage firm are a must
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a sales leadership role
  • Masters or Bachelors degree or similar level in real estate, finance, or business administration
  • Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level
  • Deep understanding of the brokers work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
  • UAE driving license and a car
  • Nationality - Westerners
